The day was March 12, 2020. Everything had been locked down for about a month or so due to the covid-19 outbreak. Little to no answers were being given as to what the future would hold, so I thought to myself: IT’S TIME TO PRAY! In the midst of the coronavirus chaos around us, let’s reveal the glory of God through our faith and trust in Him and His power to heal, comfort, protect, and bring peace to this world as a community. I am going to post a specific prayer prompt every day around 9:45 am, and if you would like to join me...I’ll be praying for 10 intentional minutes every day for the foreseeable future from 10-10:10 am. Secondly, let's use this group as a location to post additional prayer requests and celebration stories in the midst of these challenging times. There's a significant power with unified prayer (Matthew 18:18-19) and I’m excited to see what he’s going to do through us. Please invite anyone you believe would be interested in joining our prayer community! Don’t hesitate to reach out if you want some additional encouragement and/or support! 
 
Now that years have past, I extend to you the invitation again. I will gladly join you in prayer, simply reach out to me or post in our Facebook group (that still exists to this day: Coronavirus Prayer Prompts & Celebration Stories). I also invite you to reflect on this season through the Time Capsule Edition. Turn through the pages of what our nation and world were experiencing, and turn your eyes to Jesus in order to process, grow, and find answers in a world that still hasn't quite figured itself out.
